This article I am going to share my experience and the way I took into almost my projects, for me it could be one of the best methods to implement a new supply chain process. 1. ABOUT THE ASCM CASE COMPETITION The 2020 ASCM Case Competition is provided by ASCM in collaboration with Deloitte Consulting LLP. Participating teams will present solutions to an exciting end-to-end supply chain management problem, as they compete for prize money and recognition.
